If you are already an innerdance facilitator and would like to begin holding your own training programs for the innerdance process, this is the right option for you. Our training-of-teachers program is a long-term commitment with a small group of facilitators over several months. The training cohort will design an online facilitation course and work together to present the materials and learning objectives to course participants. The facilitator of this training-of-teachers program, Serena Olsen, will work alongside training participants to build understanding and comprehension of a diverse range of topics relevant to facilitating the innerdance process and holding facilitator training programs. A goal of this program is to expand opportunities for innerdance facilitators to offer their own training programs. This program offers opportunities for personal development, networking, and community building alongside teaching experience and tools and guidelines for creating your own training programs.
