Innerdance Global LLC (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.innerdancetrust.com) (“website”). By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below.
These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services.

Only digital goods and online services are available for purchase. We do not ship any physical items. If you have purchased a digital product, it will be available for download immediately after purchase. If you have purchased an advanced release for music recordings, you will receive an email with download information once the album is available. If you have purchased an online service plan ("course"), it will be available for viewing immediately after purchase. If you have registered for an online course with live calls or have booked an online session, you will receive more fulfillment information upon confirmation of payment. Please contact us directly for any issues or concerns with registration payments or technical problems with digital products.
Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Canceling an online event:
If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event, you can either receive a full refund or an invitation to attend a future event of equivalent value for free. If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, we cannot offer any refunds. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and offer an alternative option.

Canceling a 1:1 booking:
1:1 sessions are a dedicated effort for both the client and the facilitator. It requires advanced time to prepare energetically and physically. For this reason, we require all cancellations be made at least 36 hours in advance. Rescheduling your booking is free of charge. If you cancel and do not wish to reschedule, you can receive a 70% refund of the booking cost. If cancellation is made less than 36 hours in advance, you may reschedule your session for free within 30 days.
If you have booked a package of sessions, you may request a cancellation with 70% refund up to 7 days after your first 1:1 session. No refunds are available after a client has attended at least two sessions from their package. Rescheduling sessions is free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. If you wish to reschedule a session less than 24 hours in advance there will be a $20 re-booking fee.

Canceling an online course:
This applies to any online course that DOES NOT include live zoom calls. These courses are offered through video learning only. 24hr money back guarantee - no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the content of your course after 24hrs, you may request a partial refund of 50% up to 7 days after the original purchase date. If you wish to use your purchase as credit instead of a refund, please contact us for available options.

Canceling an online course with live calls:
If your cancellation is at least 7 days before the start of the course, you can either receive a full refund or an invitation to attend a future online course of equivalent value for free. If your cancellation is less than 7 days before the course begins, you can receive either a 50% refund or an invitation to attend a future online course of equivalent value for free. If the course has already started and you have not yet attended any of the online sessions, you can cancel your participation in the current course and choose to attend a future online course of equivalent value for free. If you have already attended at least 2 online sessions for a course and can no longer attend, please discuss your options with us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs on an individual basis.

Canceling an in-person course, immersion or retreat:
Cancellation requests received at least 14 days before the start of the course or in-person event may receive a full refund or credit to attend another course of equivalent value for free. Cancellation requests received less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start of the course or in-person event may receive a 50% refund or credit to attend another course of equivalent value for free.
If for any reason you need to cancel your participation less than 7 days before the course, you can cancel your participation up to 24hrs after the course starts and receive credit to attend another course of equivalent value instead. If you have already attended at least 1 day of an in-person event and can no longer attend, we will do our best to accommodate you on an individual basis.
